Hey everybody! I'm looking to begin my real estate journey in Bayonne NJ. I am active duty military and currently stationed in Bayonne for the next few years. Currently working with an agent in hopes of finding a property to purchase with my VA Loan with 0% down that will cashflow after I move out. If anyone has any tips, ideas, advice, or anything that would help me get started that would be greatly appreciated! I'm also available for meet ups if anyone has the free time I would love to talk to someone in my area that invest to really pick their brain and help develop a network. Coffee on me for anyone interested!

@Robbie Pollock Jr If you don't like fixers, you can look into condos, which most are fairly new and cheaper in price than SFH. This will help you in cash flowing later on and relieve you of major repairs later when you move and rent out (i.e. roof, etc.).
