Learning Real Estate

Just wanted to learn about investing in real estate as a possible source of income when I am older. I'm 14 and trying to get as ahead as I can for my future. I have read a few books and watched a lot of youtube videos but was wondering what anyone would do if they went back to when they were 14. I want to know what you think I should do right now to be as prepared as I can be when I graduate high school. I consider myself pretty intelligent in math and coding and wondering if going to college would be a good idea, anything helps, let me know.
