A high percent of tenants don't want people they don't know to have the ability to have a door entry system ring their phone.Today, everyone has a cell phone and even delivery men (and women, too) call their customers on the phone and the tenants either give them the door code, or run to the door. 

I'm sure your bank has a mobile app you can deposit the check from so this really shouldn't be too big of an issue for you.

I test drove TC and they wouldn't let me onboard non-US citizen's (here legally) and I have some residents on visa here.Plus, Buildium has a great app for the residents and this is going a long way with my number one requested item to provide.

Is it common for you all to pay anything up front or go thru things with the manager like app fees, background check, and deposits?
