Access control systems for small MF bldg? Need recommendations!

I *finally* am the proud owner of 2 lovely small new build, higher end, class B, MF bldgs.   These are 8 and 12 units respectively and are security type buildings.

Right now we have Pach access system that fails miserably so I am looking for ideas from others - what do you use and what do you recommend?

I am new to these types of systems and so here is what I think I need but know I am mostly guessing! ;)

tenant directory
tenant access control
some way for tenants to “buzz” in guests

Some way for me to remotely access the system to add /edit tenants and to remotely open the door

thank you for any insights!!
