Of course they will take people with lower credit scores, but I've even seen HML's want high scores.Make sure you know what how much you can pay and still make a profit.Using hard money for fix/flips is tough as there rarely are wide enough profit margins.

And it is not a double-wide... it is a multi-section.Sounds minor, but after being in the business for the last 10 years, it is amazing the different turn out you get for a multi-section manufactured home vs a double-wide mobile home.

One of my biggest title issues came out of a seller receiving a QCD from an elderly lady as it's use brought into question the relationship, which lead to indications of fraud which had to be addressed and rights in title.Certainly not something to chase down on a wide scale. :)
