Saying "I have $100K in the bank" and "Just looking for the biggest and quickest ROI" is equivalent to painting a target on your forehead and asking someone to shoot you. I'd be surprised if you don't have a dozen private messages offing investments guraranteed to generate big returns. Any such messages are a violation of our terms of service. Please forward information about such messages to me, @Brandon Turner or @Joshua Dorkin and those accounts will be dealt with. That a warning, folks to anyone who tries to offer @Philip Stewart deals.

Despite what gurus say real estate is not a means to get rich quick. There are any number of ways to invest that money to produce a return. There are even more ways to lose it completely. And there is no easy way to tell the difference. So my advice is don't do ANYTHING for at least six months. Read and learn. Ignore ALL gurus who have expensive home study courses, weekend bootcamps and expensive mentoring. Do read the Ultimate Beginners Guide. As you read and learn you will have questions. Ask them.
