I want to implement a marketing strategy for Quit Claim Deeds.

Have you guys done this before? What has worked and what hasn't?

Where can I get a list of people who have quit claim deeded their house within the last 30 days?

What exactly would be their motivation to sell?

How would I go about marketing this? How often would I send them a marketing piece?
