Selling a double wide mobile home

I am looking to sell a 2007 3 bedroom two bath mobile home in the lebanon, Mo area. Was hoping you had some information that could help me along the way. We still owe 39000 dollars and was wanting to get the most out of it that we possibly could. The big problem is the home has to be moved. Our family has grown and our financial situation has changed so we are looking into buying a bigger house, but really need to get rid of the mobile home first. Thanks in advance.
