One person had a breakdown since they couldn't get any properties and had to make the payment on the $33k borrowed on their credit card.

My days of hauling appliances around town are long gone; both places deliver.I do take advantage of their constant sales on appliances and use both 10 percent off coupons (purchased through ebay) AND gift cards purchased through online sources (often for 9 to 11 percent off the face value of the card) to help with the cost of such.Gail

My initial thought is to just bring them together and request a small commission, but there's also this thoughts that if I play my cards correctly I might be able to buy the house on contract myself for $60,000 and then turn around and contract the house out the interested party with a point higher interest and slightly longer term.  

Both of these were valuable to setup first so that I had something to put on my business cards... which is my primary means of driving my "future" colleagues to that sight.

There are companies who do this for 10% of rents, plus credit card fees.

You should have a number of items that will appear on both lists (i.e. car payment, credit cards, etc...).  

We have it free for the tenant if they use electronic check they pay for credit card/debit card or cash.

The reasons don't matter, but the point is the cards are stacked against new people getting and staying in the game.

As per the law (copy & pasted from MAR):  "Maryland law requires that all advertisements include your name (as listed on your pocket card) and the name of the company with which you are affiliated (not simply the company logo).
