Using the Tax Delinquent Lists from my county website

So I've gathered the lists and scrubbed the list to only include 2013 and 2014 delinquent. 2012 delinquents have already "forfeited" the property. I figure if it's 2014 only, they may have been paid already. I've also weeded out "LLC"s and "Investments" companies, but have kept some "Trusts" even if they were only 2014 delinquent.

Any thoughts on this filtering.  I'm planning to go with a yellow letter approach initially.  Probably starting with a letter every other week to my group of about 300-500.

I would also appreciate if somebody could share a sample yellow letter for these situations.

Thanks in advance.  btw...my first 100 bandit signs are on their way, as are my 2000 business cards, and the car magnets!  I'm going at it hard, but want to maintain traction with a good mailing campaign.
