I’ve been a hairdresser for 20 years and land-lording is definitely going to be a different kind of human interaction no doubt!

This is my opinion in regards to what his response was and it’s blunt, however, as humans it shows how important it is to show compassion and kindness during this moment in time.

Great career choice if you want to lose all faith in humanity and generally become an overall bitter, cynical person.

This is a perfect example, there is very literally NO reason for a person to be "poor" today, none, there is employability unlike at any time in human history. 

It is located walking distance from Downtown Kalamazoo, MI, Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College campuses, for a total student body of about 30,000.  

Any human with an IQ greater than a cabbage instantly knows that "60 day close" is not truly "all cash."

Applications are one thing but if you aren't getting anyone reaching out you either have priced too high or the wrong people / no body seeing your ad.The winter is always slower as people don't like to move in the winter/ holiday season. 

Not only are you a landlord but you are human and have a conscience.
