Since we just finished a 2-bedroom apartment rehab in central Connecticut I figured I would post some pictures of the finished product as well as some details on the products we used for paint and flooring.This apartment is located in a lower B class neighborhood that will attract solid qualified tenants and the apartment rehab and the materials used reflects that.

I then came out of pocket for the new contractor to finish the job. 

I grew up in Hopkins and have a few rentals there, but additional rentals have been hard to come by in Hopkins as of late.

I am having some paralysis analysis lately and I know I need to start networking with everyone here to take the next step.

The goal is to fully finance a property that needs rehabbed until we can finish it up and refinance it, and of course, we want to be all in for 75% of its ARV or less so we can pay off the entire loan.

The vehicle is my primary mobility device and contributes directly to wealth building and the safety of my family, in all other ways it’s a liability Liabilities all my “poor guy stuff”I have a semi functioning truck and some real estate tied up in my late fathers estate with with about 25k in back taxes plus lawyers fees.

I would love to get started in Real estate but I won't be coming home until late 2019.

The property is in great condition and just needs some cosmetic work in the kitchen and bathrooms to bring it up to the higher ARV in the area with high end finishes. 

But again, if a lawsuit has already been filed, it's too late for an umbrella policy to help you in this current situation.
