Hey all! I am so glad to have found this website. I stumbled upon the podcast on YouTube and have been listening to as many as I can while I'm working before my phone eventually dies. Legal name is Matthew, but feel free to call me Alex. I am a young guy with zero experience in real estate and a VERY limited amount of experience in stock trading. Not really enough experience to mention it but I will anyway. I have modest goals of being a multi billionaire and joining the 1% of the 1%.. but really I'd like to own 80 rental units by the end of 2020 or 2021. I work 60-70 weeks but with two kids and bills my money seems to disappear quickly so I was hoping to land 10-20 wholesale deals as a way of "quickly" saving up for down payments. I am in the studying phase of investing and hope to truly dive in before summer. I am nervous and have fears of failure but only a healthy amount. Any advice on the market I'm in would be helpful! Hope to talk with many of you soon.
