A few years ago I read “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” followed by Timothy Farriss’ book “4 Hour Work Week."  

I'm tired of the 50-70 hour work weeks (salary) with no pay or reward for all the extra work hours that I put in.

For me to close 8 deals a year like I've been doing them, I'd be working 60+ hour work weeks and unable to earn a living doing anything else in the meantime.
