There's no shortage of posters who advise this or that and advice is appreciated, don't get me wrong, but I'm searching for anyone who actually tried them...AND paid their fee.Of course THE BP forum would attract a RE lender scammers like the Boy Scouts attracts pedophiles - AND I'm NOT saying this supposed collection of lenders is anything less than what they claim to be until proven unworthy - BUT when an outfit charges a fee with no way to telephone a human being...red flags go up.privatemoneygoldmine.com list a number of contacts in the zip code selected and 'Iron Clad GUARANTEE' if a patron does not get funded- they refund the $97 fee.I actually read the TERMS & CONDITIONS on websites insted of just checking the box.

Probably very little, if I were to go to your area to do a wholesale deal, I think there would be no competition from those trying to wholesale.....don't mean to sound arrogant, but that saved me 50 words at least, by that I mean wholesalers usually begin in that niche, learn guru stuff, listen to wheeler-dealer types on here and most don't know much if anything about RE.You also don't need signs or telephone recorded messages. Many, but some much more than others, seem to try to do WH as some unique business placing emphasis on the "deal" rather than from a conventional RE approach.

There is a "City Directory" for all good size cities with cross reference telephone numbers to the address, now, I've not used these in several years, I know many don't have landlines at home and rely on a cell phone, if you can't call, send a note. So, this IMO, but I wouldn't mention short sales unless I knew they were in distress.BTW, make sure you never use the "F" word in a letter soliciting a seller, the "F" word is FORECLOSURE!
