Can someone give me advice on the issue of collecting arrears after an eviction. Can this be done, is there a time line in which to do this, do you need a lawyer, are there company's that help with these issues, how do the people that help get payed. And anything else that I missed on the matter. Please HELP.

Collection attorney, find one that other landlords use. Send them out like dogs after the money owed. I get hundreds back every month and am still owed thousands.

Better, i crush these idiots dreams of ever achieving respectability.
