What resources or tools such as books, software and etc must a investor have to become better?..

It doesn't really matter the tools that you use, but more the systems you put in place.   once you have the system in place you can then hunt for a tool that compliments it.  You might even have to hire someone to create the tool for you.

You also have to remember you can't do everything yourself.

#1 most important, Access to the multiple list service or some other way to run comps to evaluate deals.
