Hey @Michael Slabitcher   Just wanted to give you some background...  FS Houses is a new company that my wife @Ashley Mullin and I started in May of this year.  Since then we have done a ton of business locally.  We have done win/win deals with everyone that responded to this thread and many more.  Just recently we have began to offer "turnkey" (both turnkey properties and an overall turnkey operation) services to the BP community.  Obviously reputation is everything on BP so gaining trust with the community is a very important challenge that we are facing.  We feel our experience and expertise in the Indianapolis market will help us overcome that challenge.  Over the past 9 years I have bought, structured and sold several hundred deals.  My wife ran property management for a large scale turnkey operation since 2006.  When she left there were well over 1000 doors under her management.  So to make a very long story short, this is a new company but definitely not our first rodeo!
