What is your thoughts on emergency contact postings?
We have a few new clients that do not request emergency contact information to be placed on the properties in a highly visible location. I have asked the one about having something and was just told they don't do that. We have always believed it was a good practice, so if an emergency arises there is a contact person to get a hold of quickly. I understand it doesn't look good and sometimes brings unwanted calls.
What is your thoughts on emergency postings. Should I try to push or encourage this?

When I do a rehab on a rental, I want it to look occupied, not look vacant. Just me I guess.
