If you have the money to spend, things like PPC and Adwords can get some leads coming in almost instantly, but it's not cheap and it adds up quickly.

Once the prospect text in they instantly get a mms (Picture text) with a link to a phone friendly web-form to fill out.

The prospect usually picks up on a script in 5 seconds and rejects us harshly because they have heard it all before.Basically I use a 3 simple step approach that gets me into an immediate friendly adult to adult conversation and eliminates the instant rejection that so many investors experience.
