Text Option in Mailers for Marketing Campaign

I'm currently wholesaling with a consistent marketing campaign using yellow letters and postcards. I will be trying out a text option soon in the mail pieces to my Google voice number and mentioning that the number is only for texting and not calling.

I will test it out and see the types of results I'm getting. My question is though...

Has anyone attempted a text feature in their mail piece to their google voice number and/or has it backfired at them? What are y'all's results? I'm curious

Good to meet you...

I use a shortcode on postcards.

Works much better than a longcode. What i really like is the automation. Once the prospect text in they instantly get a mms (Picture text) with a link to a phone friendly web-form to fill out. Once they fill that out they will get other text a well as a series of emails.

Naturally we are going to call them too however we start our dialog with the communication vehicle they are most comfortable with.

This all sits inside our CRM s we attach a auto-responder for workflow to the prospect so we never drop them.

Ultimately we can send them to our seller calendar for them to schedule a time for us to come out and buy their house.
