I typically won't refer anyone to anything unless I know enough about it to do so.Just a thought . . .Please understand how obnoxious it looks to people when a company has people that do nothing but try to recruit your members all day and night (for a large referral fee/commission/whatever).

The thing I can't stand is very few of these showng costs. include closing costs/commissions/holding costs.The vegas one was pretty cool and revealed the business side of things pretty well.

Randy, my dislike for auction.com has nothing to do being cut out of anything, I don't list REO's, and I can bring a buyer to their auctions and collect a commission, if I want to.
