I typically won't refer anyone to anything unless I know enough about it to do so.Just a thought . . .Please understand how obnoxious it looks to people when a company has people that do nothing but try to recruit your members all day and night (for a large referral fee/commission/whatever).

The thing I can't stand is very few of these showng costs. include closing costs/commissions/holding costs.The vegas one was pretty cool and revealed the business side of things pretty well.

I have been advised specifically about advertising deals so I am not flagged by the RE commission of marketing properties for purchase as if I was a RE agent.

They find someone that wants to sell a house and then go find them a buyer for a commission.
