Hello everyone My name is Jonathan and I'm 25. I used to work at Washington Mutual as a Loan coordinator for about 4 years. I decided to leave and start up a residential and commercial cleaning service.

I just got married at the end of March. A friend of mine got in to real estate and I seen what could happen so I expanded my horizons and we became partners. I'm glad to have a partner that is trustworthy and is like a brother to me. Right now we are assigning contracts to raise up some money to do some ivesting of our own.

I'm new to the Joliet, IL area and I'm a wholesaler looking for potential buyers. I assign contracts. So if anyone is interested in not wasting their own time searching, contact me.
