Auction.com has incorrect listed on home i am high bidder on

on all the paperwork auction has the incorrect city listed. now what? home did not close yet. any chance i can get them to take 5k off my bid or should i just back out of it? they have everything correct except the city they have neighboring city listed.

I doubt you'll get any sort of discount. The best you can hope for is for the deal to be cancelled in the listing and you get any money you've sent in already back. If not, you'll have to write the up for tutition in the school of hard knocks. I suspect if you look carefully at the listing it will say "information believed accurate but not guaranteed." Every MLS listing says that. Doing your own due diligence is essential. Especially on one of these auction sites where you have no agent representing you.
