But, one thing that surprised me, was before I purchased a STR up here, I thought that the bigger cabins would be better, 3 bedrooms, for example, but We've found that the studios and smaller cabins sell better, because many couples come up to spend time in the mountains.

Got serious about learning more after listening to the audio version of Weekend Millionaire and found BP seemed to have a wealth of information so I then listened to a couple of Brandon Turner's books.

I've read about 8 audio books including UBG, The Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and The Book on Managing Rental Properties.  

After about 3 emails where I asked him basic questions about what I can expect from his material, he will respond back with his audio message, where you can barely hear what he has to say because he mumbles, that you'll have to upgrade to the mentor program (10k) before he'll continue communicating with you.
