Newbie from Riverside, CA

Hello Biggerpockets! I'm new to BP and to REI. I found BP through Rod Khleif's podcast as it was mentioned several times. I am a registered nurse and started researching my retirement plan. I was trying to figure out what to do with my retirement funds if I were to switch jobs and somehow ended up reading about REI for cashflow. I started listening to the BP podcast and browsing posts on the forums and learned a wealth of information. There is so much more to learn. So many people here with knowledge, insight and experience. My plan on my first purchase is to house hack a MFR using FHA loan with 203k option if needed. I actually want a fourplex to maximize potential income. Hopefully I get a fourplex this year then start looking into more MFRs or even BRRR and flip properties. Any suggestions or insight on acquiring my goals? Thanks!
