Some other places you could look with maybe less competition would be other auction sites like Auction.com, Hudson and Marshall, and Realty Bid.You could also try to find the state's judicial foreclosure website and see what they are auctioning off.

I'd recommend Traditions Realty, they help me find tenants, can assist in values around Jacksonville and they can also help with Property Management.

I am being told different versions of whether or not the word "realty" can be used in a business name if you are not a licensed realtor.

You may be in a better position when the market stabilizes and comes back to realty.
