I've recently  found that my current Realtor, who I used to purchase my personal home, is very slow to reply/uninterested in helping me buy investment properties that are 1/3 the price of my home. Have you experienced this and know of a hungry eager realtor who has experience and understands the world of investment properties in Tallahassee FL, especially the West/South-West side of town?
