North Texas Newbie

Hi everyone! It's great to be here. My name is Brian Howard and I'm from the North Dallas area, specifically Lewisville/Flower Mound. I've been interested in REI for a long time, but never took action. I am ready now and would love to have my first property by the end of the year if it makes sense. The past month or so I've been listening and reading everything real estate that I can get my hands on.

I work a great fulltime job and don't have plans to change that anytime soon.  My investing plan is to purchase single and multi-family properties to buy and hold as a long term retirement strategy. My real estate experience is limited to the purchase of my family home at this point, but I'm ready to get started!

This is a great site and I'm looking forward to building relationships!
