Hi Everyone, My name is Bruce Bailey and I recently graduated from college and got a job in Traverse City Michigan. I've been studying real estate for the past year and am particularly interested in house hacking or purchasing a home to live in and eventually rent. Being new to the marketplace I was hoping to find anyone who invests in the area to give me advice.
