IL issues will continue to benefit the WI border investors, i.e. their recent prop tax hike on top of already high prop taxes, schools, etc.I am looking to purchase a total of 10-12 in SE Wisconsin before looking into top national markets (possibly change things up).

My travel schedule for the next month and a half is bordering on out of control, but I'll keep you posted. 

We are out of Rock Hill, SC, just across the border south of Charlotte. 

I plan on relocating sometime in the next 4-5 months with my girlfriend to Delaware, Ohio for work and decided that is where i would like to start.

I sold the first and now am holding the second as a rental (Both are in Delaware). 

I have a townhouse that I will be renting out in Wilmington, De.

There are a lot of good deals on the courthouse steps, but doing your homework is very important.Here in New Castle County, Delaware its about a month for a mortgage or judgement sale and 4 months for a tax sale.  

And does anybody know of a real estate tax/accountant individual in the Seattle area who has experience in cross-border transactions?
