Newb Intro from Ohio

Hey Guys,

I have been listening to the BP podcast for about the last 8 months and finally decided to get serious about real estate investing! I am 22 years old from the Findlay, Ohio area. I plan on relocating sometime in the next 4-5 months with my girlfriend to Delaware, Ohio for work and decided that is where i would like to start. I have roughly 20k to put down as of right now so i plan on buying a duplex and house hacking until i am able to get all the systems and processes in place. From all the books i have read real estate is an incredible vehicle for building wealth and financial freedom. I look forward to learning from all the knowledge on here. Below are my goals for this year.

One Year Goals

1. Buy first duplex with 20% down and 10% below value via FHA

2. Buy second duplex with 20% down and 10% below value
