Hello everyone! My name is Rashad Gibson. I am somewhat of a newbie to the real estate game. I have purchased two properties in which I had used as primary residences. I sold the first and now am holding the second as a rental (Both are in Delaware). 

I would love to meet some people here in the New Haven, CT area to gleam some knowledge on flipping properties and buy and hold properties in this market since I am fairly new to the area (single families and multi-families).

Hey Zach! Thanks for your post. I am looking for a contractor to do some small fixes around the house so that it will be ready for rental.
