Turnkey in the Carolinas

After lots of research and many months of searching my local area (Sacramento, Ca), I have decided to take the plunge into buying rental properties through a turnkey provider out of state. I have narrowed my search down to North and South Carolina, (Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston and Greensboro) and the Dallas area. Can anyone recommend companies that they have worked with or know about in these areas?

Thank you!

@Torey Chumbley I wouldn't describe myself as a turkey company, but I do help people buy, do light rehabs and then PM, so I guess I pretty much provide those services.  If you have any questions about the Raleigh area, feel free to PM me.

@Michael Bowman works in the Charlotte area, so he might be able to provide some info about that end of NC

Greensboro is third most likely city to lose jobs to robots, so I wouldn't go there  :)
