Hello everyone! I have a townhouse that I will be renting out in Wilmington, De. The house is a 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths and 1650 square feet. I do have some minor fixes that need to get done. I'm also looking for a reliable and efficient property manager for the property. Would anybody know of any reliable contractors and property manager's in the area?
