I can tell you that the trend here has been to become more lenient with regards to pets, even with apartments, and I believe this has mirrored the movement away from W2W carpeting. 

The house is actually in decent shape except for the roof and electric panel.So how much will it cost to remedy broken pipes? 

It’s a cute area with houses set back from the street, a trend created by Belgian immigrants who settled here and continued their tradition of having gardens in the front yards.A lot of urban farmers are interested in this neighborhood.

I went to see the house and it's in great shape, no apparent defaults and the house is mint, no rehab to do whatsoever! 

This is not the best area of the city, and the house is in not the greatest shape on the outside.

I don't have the setbacks handy but I think it's 100 to a water source and 50 feet to another waste area. depending on the shape of your lot these setbacks could make it un-build-able. 

The building is a very simple one story 3 bd/1bth otherwise in decent shape. 

We are currently completely debt free and have been told we would be in great shape for the amount we want to borrow if we wanted to stay here.
