Not sure if it is just my luck but every mortgage broker I've talked to so far seems very dense headed and struggles to understand the concept of BRRRR or at least how real estate investment works.

Just to give you a little history my brother was that person on the first house however because of his lack of knowledge and him being a bit of a hot head, he did more harm than good. 

A lot of my clients are doing well in the San Antonio suburbs headed towards Austin.

It is alright to be frustrated and angry, but when speaking with your contractor, keep a cool head and try to find out what is really going on.
