Will Orlando 32805 become a good place to live?

Any Orlando investors how do you feel about Orlando area 32805 seeing that they have put in the new stadium and some new high rises near parramore? Also seems like a lot of new construction going up for single family homes do you think downtown Orlando will push in this area and have a positive effect on this part of town?
