Hello All,

I am looking to get a team together to implement into my BRRRR strategy. I'm looking for contractors, agents, and portfolio lenders...all the above. I have already contacted quite a bit in my area and with some success, but I am curious who everyone else is using in the area. I would like to focus primarily in southern Philadelphia suburbia. Any help you can give is much appreciated, thanks!
