Maybe siesta key or St Armands (the beach towns) but it’s pretty pricey over there.

I wanted to reach out on this forum, to see if any of you guys in the Delray Beach/ Palm Beach county area had any tips on the exam and the steps I should take after I pass and receive my license. 

I am in Northern Palm Beach County.

The property is in Ewa Beach.

If the nation's beach towns this past weekend are any indication, people are not going to shy away from anything.Too answer your question, it's too early to know...and it would take a tremendous amount of research.

I currently own 7 units (3 properites) in Delray Beach and I am always searching for deals.  

My wifes friend is renting a condo in VA Beach and she told my wife that she had been recieving mail from the mortgage company for the past year and then a lawyer stopped passed the residence and notified her that the condo was being foreclosed on.I was looking at the tax assessors website to find out who owns the condo but the website had everything but the owners info.

I live around Myrtle beach and there’s tons of mobile homes.
