I started with yellow letters but found that Postcards really work best to reduce tire kickers and promote motivation.I am trying a new list and I'd like your opinion on what is the best form of direct mail.I have a list of 1800 owner occupants, age 65 and over, 70% equity or more and only in the prime zips.I am thinking because of the higher end area that a typed letter is best, but what is the best message for this group?

At the risk of self-promotion, I am an active syndicator I take a consulting approach with all of my investors, I don't believe there is one BEST investment or type of investment every investor has their own risk tolerance and appetite I find the right deal for them.

Use squirrly and text tools to optimize on page, do quality no follow commenting links on disqus and gravatar with your domain email to set yourself up with Google immunity and then after FB promoting those links built out strong links to boost those pages up in the search results.

An idea I had was similar to what you said in option 1 which was buy new or used washers and dryers for each unit and just include that as a bonus feature to the unit that i’ve provided for the tenant, i’m guessing there are also some tenants who already have their own washers/dryers and wouldn’t want that added cost so providing it as a “added bonus” gives them an option and makes the unit more enticing.
