Some tenants won’t mind but it’s fair to say most people are not going to like hearing a loud train blowing by at 3 in the morning . that’s going to cause grief with tenants when it comes to long term occupancy

Go back to the tax assessor office and see if you can find anything, any name is a start because that person is somewhere in this world, and more importantly someone somewhere owns that property it is a question under what rock you have to look under to find that missing piece of information and how hard you are willing to look.
