I'm just trying to think out loud here for solutions.

I am mostly looking in the Little Rock area.

I will be in Austin Area on Friday Feb 8 to Monday Feb 11 and will stay and explore the south Round Rock area as that is the area I want to buy home. 

There is also a neighborhood convenience store right across the street so the front of the house could be loud. 

Some tenants won’t mind but it’s fair to say most people are not going to like hearing a loud train blowing by at 3 in the morning . that’s going to cause grief with tenants when it comes to long term occupancy 

He’s got loud annoying dogs.

Go back to the tax assessor office and see if you can find anything, any name is a start because that person is somewhere in this world, and more importantly someone somewhere owns that property it is a question under what rock you have to look under to find that missing piece of information and how hard you are willing to look.

@Andrew Mokotoff you might want to connect with @Alina Trigub who is near to you.I personally would look in Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets

Because living in Round Rock and having to drive for work in South Austin will be a beating  of a drive!
