Finding absentee homeowners
I have found a house that seems empty. It's by my house and no one is ever there. I have searched the county assessor website and it doesn't give a different mailing address that I usually see for investment houses. The person has owned the house for over 15 years and I have seen people come and go so I know the owner doesn't live there. I did a search for the owners name and found another property they own but it is a vacant lot.
What other ideas are there to find where the owner might live and or a phone number for them?
