I'm looking to flip, rehab, and wholesale in my journey.

Hey guys, we are just about to wrap up on a remodel on our second home that we are flipping, and a home next door with the exact layout hit the market and they claimed to have more square footage than our house.

For years, we have talked about leaving our jobs to start flipping homes and buying rental properties but can’t pull the trigger.

@Brian BurnsI've been thinking of doing this in my area as well, THere are a few properties that have just gotten flipped, and another one (that I know of )that's in the process.

I've so far done a few flips and have some rentals.

I will tell you though, that I'm moving over to Fund That Flip or another crowdsourcing platform.

Initially my main interest was fix and flip, but it seems like buy and hold is also a good option.

I did a flip in 2015 but I'm wanting to invest in buy and hold "BRRR" properties.Joe Bergman
