Too LLC or Not Too LLC

I'm new to the site and have been interested in RE Investing for many years, but now I'm doing something about it.

I currently own my home and wanted to ask the following question prior to moving forward with any investments:

Should I:

A. Set up an LLC or other

B. Leave my home as it is and then set up an LLC etc

C. Dont set up any company structure

If you in the PA area I would like to connect and build a network.

Thank you for your assistance.
