I think in Oregon you have those that were priced out of CA. and came here to open shop same with Walla Walla area.Next thing I know the lady from Pine ridge is opening Archery Summit and building a Napa style facility then you had the French folks etc.So I think the wine industry here has turned ... its on the map... and with global warming maybe even will benefit what happens here with tonnage yields.

The days on market should start to come down as the weather warms up.

You just never know on that stuff.The lenders also get all warm and fuzzy when the checks come and go like that.

I want my tenants to be comfortable so I don’t lecture them on how warm or cold the house needs to be.
