Happy Friday All!

I am a new REI currently located in Ann Arbor, MI! I am looking to collaborate on a JV with other like minded individuals in the Toledo, OH area! Really looking to purchase several positive cash flowing MFHs but would be open to exploring SFHs if the deal makes sense for us! Hope to connect with someone soon!
