Construction and Land Lenders in South Florida

Hello all,

I am looking for good contacts for land loans and/or construction loans. I am looking at purchasing singly family lots (most have knock-down homes on them) in A+ locations for luxury singly family development.

I know there are hard money lenders out there, but I am looking to connect with banks or individuals who can offer more competitive rates. I plan on keeping fairly low leverage to make the loans secure- 50% or so loan to cost. The rest of the capital would come from equity.  I would love warm intros to the right people.

We are looking in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and other sub-markets in South Florida.

Thanks.
