Since leases don't have to be filed with the town/county/state (like a deed or mortgage does) there's no data base to search.

I know of Craigslist, MLS <I have a agent that would put it on the mls for me>, ads etc...does anyone there is there a App that has a data base of potential renters that I can choose from that already had all the screening done/background/rental history/credit check that I would pay for but I do not have to worry about advertising or talking to a agent?
