Need advise how to seek quality tenant for 2017 new construction

Ok so just closed on this new construction that I am giving for rental. I do not need property management as I have a year builder warranty. I need to find a quality tenant by Sept 1. 2017 any advice to streamline the process?

I know of Craigslist, MLS , ads etc...does anyone there is there a App that has a data base of potential renters that I can choose from that already had all the screening done/background/rental history/credit check that I would pay for but I do not have to worry about advertising or talking to a agent?

What is the best way I can find this tenant so I can get them in the home as soon as I close?

By the way I am very new to this game, this home is in the Allen/McKinney/Princeton area.
